Pabebe Girls
It was just a plain-fun afternoon for two girls Michele and Janet who out of boredom asked a friend to film their short skit of venting out to their school bullies. In the most unexpected way possible, these two flooded the social media timelines because of their fierce video and annoyed people calling them Pabebe.
Their parent’s under mixed emotions after this online surge — worried of the hateful words and out of the context bashing but somehow happy because of the people who appreciated the efforts of the two to make others happy as well.

Babaeng Walang Kilay and Babaeng Utal gained their stardom overnight as celebrities parodized their video and continued to dominate the mainstream media, while appearing in different local magazine TV shows and series. A popular song, called “Wag Kang Pabebe” by comedian Vice Ganda is inspired by their viral online video.

These teens, who paved the way of the bullying scene worked their acting career as they appeared as themselves in TV5’s Lola Basyang.
